Ana Longoni is a writer and researcher specialized in the articulations between art and politics in Latin America. She received a BA in Literature and a PhD in Arts from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) where she currently lectures in graduate and postgraduate courses. Longoni also teaches at the Programa de Estudios Independientes (Independent Studies Program) of MACBA, Barcelona. She has published, alone or in collaboration, among other titles: From the Di Tella Institute to Tucuman Arde (2008); The Silhouettes (2008); and Treasons (2007). Longoni is a member of the editorial group of the magazines ramona and des-bordes as well as a founding member, since 2007, of the Southern Conceptualisms Network.
