Cellist of a Polish musical cabaret group called The Moz'Art Group (Grupa MoCarta), which performed in 40 countries, also with Bobby McFerrin. Musicologist, writer, composer. He has been active popularizing the achievements of the Polish Radio Experimental Studio. As a musicologist, Błaszczyk has analyzed 20th century music in the context of politics and propaganda. He has worked with independent record companies on the production of Eugeniusz Rudnik's late compositions. Błaszczyk made a documentary film about Eugeniusz Rudnik titled "Gieniu, ratuj!/Genia, help!" for Polish public TV (2008). He worked with Grażyna Auguścik, Krzysztof Knittel, Włodzimierz Kiniorski, Marcin Krzyżanowski, Jacek Malicki, Zdzisław Piernik, Tadeusz Sudnik as music improviser, and with the groups: 997, Legendarne Ząbki, Sernik Zamordowany Wkrótce Nielegalny, Grupa MM, Dezerter, Kryzys, Świetliki - as a performer, arranger and composer. Between 2008 - 2013 Błaszczyk ran a private gallery biuro/galeria Otwock.
