Patryk is a doctoral student in the Department of Art History at The Graduate Center, CUNY focusing on modern and contemporary art in Eastern and Central Europe. Previously, he has also completed research projects related to the early Russian avant-garde as well as American art in the 1960s. His research was presented at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and at Binghamton University in New York. Patryk worked as a student curator in the first edition of NYU Curatorial Collaborative and completed the 2015 Summer Internship Program at MoMA in the Department of Photography working under Senior Curator Roxana Marcoci. He was the 2015-2016 Managing Editor of ifacontemporary.org, a critical contemporary art platform for students and alumni of the Institute of Fine Arts.
He received a B.A. with Honors in Art History from Fordham University in New York and an M.A. in History of Art and Archaeology from The Institute of Fine Arts, NYU.
